I have spent 17 years inside pharma alliances — at BeiGene, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Novartis, and GSK Vaccines — managing partnerships across 16+ markets in EU, US, APAC, and LATAM. I have been the alliance manager in early-stage co-development, the governance lead in commercial co-promotion, and the person called when a strategic partnership was in crisis.

I hold a CA-AM (Certified Alliance Manager), an EMBA from LUISS, a PMP, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. I am a contributor to the ASAP Alliance Management Handbook.

VAM is based in Basel, Switzerland, and operates globally.
